1. **Are the dress photos 100% real?**
Yes, the photos were taken in our showroom. Just remember that the background belongs to Serene Hill. If you see the same photos elsewhere, they are fake. Only buy from Serene Hill. You can video call us at any time to verify the background.
2. **About the color.**
The color of the dress may vary slightly due to different display resolutions, shooting light, or shooting environments. The color is subject to the actual product.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
